Here's a step-by-step guide of the ShippingCart App from signing up to making your first order.

How do I sign up?

Sign-Up Page

Click the SIGN UP button; this will direct you to this screen.

Provide your mobile number, and click SEND OTP VERIFICATION.

When you receive the code, enter it in the text fields below.

Registration Page

Fill out all the required fields to complete the sign up process.

Make sure to tick the agreement and click on the button below to complete the registration.

Login Page

How to log in: Enter your registered mobile number. You will be redirected to the OTP page.

No need to remember passwords anymore. You can even go online at shippingcart.au if you do not have the mobile app yet.

Home Page

You now have your address in the UK. Checkout from any UK online store, making sure to use the corresponding ShippingCart warehouse address.

That's it, you're signed in! Welcome to ShippingCart Australia!

OTP Page

Enter the OTP code sent to your mobile phone.

You may request another OTP if you have not received your code after the timer has elapsed.

Home Page

If you placed an order, please make sure to enter the tracking number of the item you purchased from the store, along with a brief description of the item (preferably your order number). 

Then, click the ADD MY TRACKING NUMBER button to inform our UK team to expect the item(s) you want to consolidate into one shipment to you.

Undelivered Tab

After successfully adding a tracking number, your shipment will appear in the UNDELIVERED tab located on the Cart page.

Received Tab

Your shipment will appear in the RECEIVED tab once the warehouse has received your order.

In Cart Tab

Your shipments will then move to the IN CART tab once our team has thoroughly inspected and verified the contents of your parcel. You will receive a detailed description of the item's condition, along with images of the ordered item. If the item is not what you ordered, you can request a return at this stage. Our team will process the return after you have initiated a return request with the merchant or store where you purchased the item. However, if everything is in order, this is where you can check out and pay for your shipments. Make sure to select a shipping method and tick the box of the items you wish to check out.

Checkout Page

Select your shipping address in Australia and accept the terms and conditions before proceeding to payment. You can proceed to payment by clicking on the PROCEED TO PAYMENT button.

You may add discounts to your shipment if you have an existing promo code. Please make sure to apply the promo code before proceeding to the payment page. Clicking on the PROCEED TO PAYMENT button will display the payment sheet where you can securely enter your credentials and pay to proceed with your shipment. (Please find our Security page on securing your payment details.)

Shipments Page

Once your payment has been confirmed, your shipment will appear in the Shipments Paid tab on the Shipments page. Our UK team will then prepare your shipment for dispatch, and you will receive automatic status notifications through the app.  

Alternatively, you can track your shipment by entering the ShippingCart tracking number on our tracking page at https://www.shippingcart.au/ and clicking on the Tracking Tab.

All you have to do now is wait for your shipment to arrive. Thank you for making a shipment with ShippingCart Australia.

How to Shop from UK Online Stores and Have Items Delivered to Your Address in Australia with ShippingCart.

Visit a UK-based store (click here for a few of our suggestions) and purchase the items you want ShippingCart to deliver to your doorstep in Australia. After your order is confirmed, the store will usually provide a tracking number within 1 to 2 days. Enter this tracking number, along with a brief description of the item (preferably the order number), and click the ADD MY TRACKING NUMBER button. This will notify our UK team to expect your items.
